Join our Procurement & Sustainability department as a Health and Safety Prevention Advisor Level 2 (BeNeLux and France ) and help shape our future. You will be our Prevention Advisor for Belgium with 10 offices. Also, you will function as the responsible Health & Safety Specialist for our offices in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.

In this role you will lead and be responsible for initiatives to continuously improve our health and safety processes and ensure legal compliance. You will do this by:

• Carrying out accident analyses and H&S inspections as well as submitting suggestions for improvement in the design of workplaces, work processes and working environment conditions
• Creating and updating risk assessments, safety concepts, maintaining overviews of H&S representatives and operating instructions
• Producing and implementation of H&S instructions
• Managing our external Health & Safety vendors and the prevention budget
• Exchanging with HR and H&S officers from other European countries

You will enjoy working partly remote in partnership with colleagues across Europe in a high performing, evolving world whilst using your strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Holding a prevention advisor level 2 certificate (or higher) with several years of experience in the areas of H&S within an office environment
• Other HSE certifications are a significant plus
• Very good specialist knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, technical rules and standards
• Working style: Self-motivating, independent, reliable with a systematic and structured way of working, even with high workload and under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch (B1), English (B2) and French(B1)
• Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and across a local and remote team
